MagicPhotos® isn’t a traditional photography service, app, or self-service platform. We are a professional, AI-powered creative service that you can hire to transform existing, soulless studio product photos into stunning, high-quality, ready-to-use images—without requiring another photoshoot. We handle every step to deliver a polished, custom final product photo.
What do I need to get started?
You will receive a form to complete with your brief, along with one or more product photos and optional reference images.This helps us understand your vision. No special skills, equipment, or additional photos are required.
Do I need any experience with AI or photography?
No experience is necessary! Just like booking a traditional photoshoot, MagicPhotos® is a fully managed service. Our professional team takes care of everything, so you can sit back and let us handle everything for you.
What’s the difference between the Standard and Full Custom solutions?
The Standard solution is ideal for clients with broad ideas and minimal specifics. It's budget-friendly and lets us bring your vision to life based on general guidance. However, the Standard option does not include AI-generated humans or characters. This means that while you can include real people or models in the input product photo (such as a person posing with a product), we cannot generate AI human figures or body parts with this solution. This makes it ideal for industries where you need a product shot featuring a human or model, like fashion or lifestyle photography. The Full Custom solution offers maximum control over every element in the image. You can specify everything in the shot, including AI-generated humans or characters. It also includes one revision round before the final output, meaning you can request adjustments to perfect your vision if necessary. Since most tweaks require us to recreate the image from scratch, the Standard plan does not include revision rounds. Additionally it includes fine-tuning, where we train our generative AI models to represent specific concepts, aesthetics, objects, locations, or people exclusively for you. The Full Custom solution also supports multiple products/subjects per image, so you can feature several units of the same product or different products in one photo with minimal limitations.
How can I know if MagicPhotos® is right for my product?
MagicPhotos® works great with almost any product. If you have any doubts, feel free to contact us for a quick consultation. We’ll discuss your specific needs and determine if our service is a perfect match for your product and creative vision.
If I send a photo for the background, will you place the product exactly there?
The reference images you provide help us better understand your vision. While we can reinterpret key elements of the reference image, we won’t replicate it exactly. Our standard solutions don’t include this level of customization due to the complexity of the process. However, feel free to reach out via our Enterprise solution to discuss your brief in more detail and receive a custom quote.
Can MagicPhotos® recreate real places?
We can create scenes inspired by popular public locations, like a New York street corner or the Eiffel Tower, capturing their essence and atmosphere. However, we cannot replicate specific private or lesser-known locations with exact detail. If you need a truly exclusive location, feel free to contact us about our Enterprise Solutions for a more tailored approach.
What’s excluded?
Some requests can’t be fulfilled, such as the use of licensed logos, images of real people without the necessary rights, or the recreation of some real locations. For a full list of exclusions, please refer to our Important Usage Disclaimer.
Can I include people in my photo request?
Yes! If you provide a photo of a model wearing an outfit (like a typical e-commerce image on a white background), this counts as a single product/subject and can be done with our Standard solution. However, if you want to have more than one subject or a generated AI model interacting with the product (e.g., holding it, posing with it), that requires our Full Custom solution.
Can I request a photo with my branding or logo?
Absolutely! You can include your logo or any branding elements in the photo. Just make sure you own the rights or have permission for any intellectual property you provide.
What if I have a unique requirement that isn’t covered by the current solutions?

Can I use MagicPhotos® images for commercial purposes?
Yes! All images are delivered with Full Ownership, meaning you can use them for commercial purposes, including sale, distribution, marketing, ads, e-commerce, and more. You own the rights to the image once delivered.
Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

How do I change my solution if I selected the wrong one?
